Ditching Our Current Phone Company!!
We have been looking into VoIP Services for the past few months! When you add together our phone bill from our horrible phone company…yes, you’ve all heard of it…and our wireless phone bill, the total is over $300 per month! That is absolutely absurd! The only problem I’m finding is that our DSL is through our phone company, and you have to have your phone hooked up with them in order to keep the DSL. Once we find a private DSL service, we will be moving to a new VOIP site, hopefully like Trillion! Trillion is a VoIP service that provides their services to K-12 districts all over the country. If it’s good enough for our schools…it’s good enough for me!

Personally, I use Skype for my VOIP. It costs about 25-30 per YEAR, with unlimited long distance in the US and it has pretty decent quality too. The site is a pain in the brain to navigate, but I’ll put up with that to have a phone line that costs me 2 or 3 bucks a month.
