Kater-Bug Blue

I have been getting ready for my son’s 11th birthday this past week, and I have to say…I’m exhausted! Sadly, I did far less for this party than any of the other ones. Usually I make each and every invitation to match the selected theme and send one out to every family member and friend, cursing the fact that we have sooooooo many! This year, I sent a picture in to VistaPrint.com and ordered directly from them! I was out of address labels as well, and picked them up at the same time. Since shipping is free on orders over $50.00 I got my favorite note pads. These are so convenient to sit next to the phone or by the fridge. As messages come in, or if I need to add something to my shopping list, it’s right there. I don’t have a custom design need–so I get the cute city skyline (cause it’s red and matches my kitchen) but if you wanted to create one—you could totally customize your design…and it’s a whale of a buy!!

The invitations themselves were so cute, perfect really! The party is tomorrow, and I’m hoping everything is just as easy with the day as it was with the invitation order…then I will be stress-free for another 2 months, before it’s time to start planning the next birthday party! Why do we parents do this to ourselves??
